We are located directly across the street from Kennedy Park in West Hartford on Oakwood Avenue.
Coming from the Highway: Take Interstate 84 Westbound. Take Exit 44 to Prospect and Oakwood Avenues. At the light at the end of the off-ramp, take a (L) left and travel to the following light. Take a (R) right at the light and we will be on the left hand side, about 500 ft up the road. Look for our sign!
Coming from West Hartford: Travel to Park Road, and turn on going Eastbound. You will pass A.C. Peterson’s on your right hand side, and just under a 1/4 mile up the road will be the next light. Americana Bar will be on your (R) right, and a gas station to your left. At this light, take a (R) right and we will be on the right hand side about 1/2 mile up the road. Look for our sign!
Parking and Entrance: Please park behind the office building and enter through the back 1st floor handicapped entrance. Additional parking is available across the street at Kennedy Park if the parking lot is full. After 5:00 PM, you may also park next door in the parking lot of “Attorney Stefan Stolarz” at 169 Oakwood Ave.

Coming from West Hartford: Travel on Albany Avenue over Avon Mountain until you get to the light at the bottom of the mountain. Avon Old Farms Inn will be on your (L) left, and the North House on your (R) right. Take the (R) right at this light onto Nod Road. Travel for about a 1/4 mile until you get to our medical complex on your left, consisting of (3) three brick buildings. When driving in, the first building you come across will be #35 - this is us!
Coming from Avon : Travel on Route 44, headed Eastbound, until you reach the light at the start of Avon Mountain. There will be a Raymour Flanigan store on your (R) right. Take the (L) left at this light onto Nod Road. Travel for about a 1/4 mile until you get to the medical complex on your left, consisting of (3) three brick buildings. When driving in, the first building you come across will be #35 - this is us!
Coming from Simsbury: Travel on Route 10 Southbound (also known as Hopmeadow Road) until you reach the light at the intersection of Hopmeadow Road and Hartford Road. You should see Abigail’s Bar and Grille on the (L) left hand side. Take a (L) left at the light onto Hartford Road. Take the first possible (R) right turn, about a 1/4 mile up the road onto Nod Road. Travel for about 3 miles until you come to a cluster of (3) three brick buildings on your (R) right hand side. Turn into this complex. When driving in, the first building you see will be #35 - this is us!
Parking and Entrance: Park in the parking lot in front of building #35. Unfortunately, the signage for our office has been delayed, so right now the building will just say “Trinity Health” and “Saint Francis Medical”. Rest assured, we are also in this building! Proceed through the double doors to the first floor of the building. We will be your first door on the (L) left.
